Every curio is made for you after you order it, so here is exactly what shipping costs and when your keepsake leaves our hands.

What it costs

• $8 flat on any order.
• Free once your order reaches $40, before tax.

One shipping charge per order, however many pieces are in it. You see the exact number at checkout before you pay, never after.

When it ships

Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. We print your piece once you order it, so most keepsakes are on their way within 3 to 5 days. A larger piece, or one in a color that needs a spool change, can take a little longer. If yours is going to run late, we tell you rather than let you wonder.

Where it is made

In our own studio in Detroit, MI. No outside hands, no drop shipper, no middle step between the printer and the box. That is also why the timeline above is honest: we can see your piece from where we are standing.

Tracking your order

Your order page follows the piece the whole way through, from building to printing to shipped, and we email you the moment it is on its way.

If something is not right

If your curio arrives broken or not what you approved, we remake it at no cost or refund you in full, your call. The full policy lives on Refunds.
