Every curio is made to order, so here is exactly how refunds and remakes work. No fine print games.
Made to order, and what that means
Because we print each keepsake just for you, a returned piece cannot be sold to anyone else. So we do not take general returns or offer change-of-mind refunds once your order is in the works. What you get instead is a real guarantee that the piece is right.
The remake guarantee
If your curio arrives broken, flawed, or not what you approved, we will remake it at no cost or refund you in full. Your call. No restocking fee, no runaround.
How to request a remake or refund
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and what went wrong, and send a quick photo if the piece arrived damaged. That photo helps us make the next one right.
Timelines
- We reply to every request, usually the same day.
- A remake ships on the same made-to-order schedule as a fresh order.
- Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, and usually land within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Order changes and cancellations
Caught a mistake right after ordering? Email us fast. If your keepsake has not gone to print yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it is on the farm, the remake guarantee is your safety net.
