Short version: we only keep what we need to make your keepsake and get it to you. Here is the whole picture, in plain words.
What we collect
- The photo or description you send. This is the whole point. It is what we turn into your curio.
- Your account email. So you can sign in and follow your order.
- Your order and shipping details. The payment itself runs through our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- Cookies you allow. You set this in the cookie banner and can change it any time from the footer.
How we use it
We use your information to make your keepsake, keep you posted on it, ship it, answer your questions, and, if you allowed it, remember your preferences. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, ever.
How long we keep it
We hold your photo and order details while your account is open, plus a short window after in case you want a remake. Ask us to close your account and we clear your photos and personal details, keeping only what the law requires us to hold for tax and accounting.
Who else touches your data
Making a physical thing takes a few helpers, and we share only the minimum each one needs:
- Our payment processor handles your card and charges you.
- The service that turns your photo into a printable model needs the photo.
- The carrier that ships your curio needs your address.
- Our email service sends you order updates.
Each one is bound to handle your data only for that job, and nothing else.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold, fix anything wrong, download a copy, or have it all deleted. Email [email protected] and we will sort it out, usually the same day.
Cookies
We use a small set of cookies to keep the site working and, only with your yes, to learn what is actually helping. Manage your choice any time from the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer.
